Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Elite Trainer CRM. We are committed to providing exceptional value and support. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued and the procedures for cancellations. By purchasing, subscribing to, or booking services with Elite Trainer CRM, you agree to the following terms.




1. Refund Eligibility


Refunds may be granted under the following limited circumstances:


Technical Issues: If you experience ongoing technical problems that prevent access or use of core platform features, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 14 business days of notice.Duplicate Charges: In the event of accidental duplicate billing for the same product or service.Subscription Cancellations (New Users Only): If you cancel your initial subscription within 30 days of signing up, you will not be eligible for a refund, but you will not be billed for any future renewal periods.




2. Refund Exclusions

The following scenarios do not qualify for a refund:


Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted due to personal decision, dissatisfaction without demonstrable technical issues, or change in business needs.

Non-Usage: Failure to log in, utilize, or implement the services provided does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Promotional Offers: All purchases made during promotional periods, at discounted rates, or using coupon codes are non-refundable.

Third-Party Tools & Add-Ons: Costs related to third-party applications, plugins, integrations, or tools added to Elite Trainer CRM are not eligible for refunds, regardless of usage.




3. Expert Support Call Policy (Non-Refundable Booking)

Bookings for Expert Support Calls are non-refundable except under specific conditions:


Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session to be eligible for a reschedule or refund.

No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled call.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session may be marked as a no-show and canceled without refund.

Rescheduling requests must be made using the link provided in your confirmation email or by contacting support at least 24 hours before your session.


By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.




4. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request (if eligible): Contact Support: Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your full name, account email, transaction details, and reason for the request.

Review: Our team will assess your claim and may request additional documentation or clarification.Decision & Processing: If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days of approval.




5. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription period.




6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe your refund request was unfairly denied, you may appeal the decision by contacting [email protected]. Management will review the dispute and provide a final, binding resolution.




7. Policy Modifications

Elite Trainer CRM reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. All changes will be published on our official website and may also be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of our services following any policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
