Account Transfer Policy

Elite Trainer CRM is proud to offer personal trainers a fully-loaded platform packed with professionally designed tools and resources to help you grow your business. Many of these assets come directly from internal systems at Mind Pump Media, including high-performing website templates, funnel systems, automations, email sequences, and licensable MAPS programs.

Because these materials are licensed and developed specifically for Elite Trainer CRM users in partnership with Mind Pump Media, they cannot be transferred to other agencies, accounts, or platforms. If you are requesting an account transfer to a different agency, please carefully review the following information and instructions.

Why We Discourage Agency Account Transfers

All Elite Trainer CRM accounts are built to give you a head start—with tested, high-converting resources developed specifically for Mind Pump’s audience. These assets are part of what makes your Elite Trainer CRM subscription so valuable. When an account is transferred to another agency, these Mind Pump resources are not authorized to go with it. This is to protect both the integrity of the Mind Pump brand and the trainers who rely on these exclusive tools.

That’s why any account transfer request will only be considered if all Mind Pump intellectual property (IP) has been completely removed from the account.

What Must Be Removed Before Submitting a Transfer Request

Before we can approve a transfer, you must manually delete all assets provided by Mind Pump. Here is a full checklist of what needs to be removed:

1. Website Templates

If your account uses the Mind Pump Website Template, it must be deleted entirely.

Any updates or customizations based on the Mind Pump template must also be removed.

Note: If you have created or used a different website template (not provided by Mind Pump), it can stay in the account.

2. Funnel Templates

All Mind Pump funnel templates need to be deleted. This includes but is not limited to:

Calendar Funnels (e.g., lead booking or strategy session funnels)

Free Guide Funnels (used to deliver downloadable lead magnets)

Instagram Funnels (optimized for social media traffic and lead capture)

If you created your own funnels from scratch that do not utilize Mind Pump templates, those are allowed to remain.

3. Automations / Workflows

You must remove all pre-loaded automations and workflows that were included as part of the Mind Pump asset pack, such as:

Free Guide Delivery Automations

Lead Generation Trainer Workflows

Any workflows cloned from or based on Mind Pump systems

These automations are designed to work specifically with Mind Pump’s systems and offers and cannot be reused outside of Elite Trainer CRM.

4. Email Templates

Delete all Mind Pump-branded or Mind Pump-derived email templates from your account. This includes:

Free Guide Email Sequences

Lead Nurture or MAPS Campaign Emails

Any copies or variations of Mind Pump-provided email content

If you’ve written your own email sequences, you’re welcome to keep those.

5. Free Guides & Downloads

Any downloadable free guides provided by Mind Pump—either as templates or full assets—must be removed. This includes:

Fitness guide PDFs

Freebie templates hosted or linked through the CRM

Landing pages referencing Mind Pump content

6. MAPS Program Materials

If your account includes or links to MAPS Program purchases or promotions, those elements must be removed prior to transfer. These programs are proprietary to Mind Pump and are exclusively licensed for use within the Elite Trainer CRM environment.

Important Reminder

All Mind Pump IP—including designs, copy, funnels, automations, guides, and MAPS materials—are licensed for use within Elite Trainer CRM only. They cannot be transferred, copied, or distributed through other agencies, platforms, or services. We’re happy to approve account transfers that do not contain any Mind Pump resources, but we must protect the proprietary tools developed for our trainers.

Once You’ve Completed These Steps

After you’ve removed all Mind Pump content from your account, you can request an agency transfer by emailing our support team.

Subject: Account Transfer Request – Mind Pump Content Removed

Hello,
I’ve completed all necessary steps outlined in the Elite Trainer CRM Account Transfer Policy. All Mind Pump-related content—including website templates, funnel templates, automations, email templates, and MAPS program materials—has been fully removed from my account. I confirm that no Mind Pump IP remains, and I am requesting approval for an agency transfer.
